Jeanne moved to Durham in 1986 where she embarked on a 35-year career in Human Resources. Her professional journey included notable positions in manufacturing, banking, and higher education, culminating in a role as Assistant Dean at Duke University's Nicholas School of the Environment.
Outside of her professional achievements and dedication to her family, Jeanne has been committed to community service. Alongside her husband Dan, she raised two wonderful children while actively supporting the Durham Public Schools through numerous PTA roles and serving on the board of the Durham Public Schools Scholarship Foundation.
Jeanne's passion for senior care is evident through her dedicated volunteer work with Meals on Wheels Durham and at Senior PharmAssist, an organization focused on helping seniors manage and afford their medications. Her commitment to improving the lives of others is evidenced in both her professional and personal endeavors.
